The portfolio consists of 6-7 assets, approximately 1,700 units. The company manages their owned assets in addition to offering fee management services. The properties range from A to C Type product and are mainly conventional. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills. Attributes would include strategic thinking, creativity and strong organizational skills. Third party management experience is also a plus.
