The peoplezest team is searching for candidates for a Sr Marketing Manager opportunity in Dallas, TX. Please note, this is not a remote opportunity so any candidate would need to reside in the Dallas area or being willing to relocate. The Senior Marketing Manager will collaborate with internal marketing teams, on-site property management teams, and regional leadership to create customized, tactical marketing strategies and ensure consistent deployment across the assigned portfolio.
Requirements include the following: 2+ years of property management marketing experience. Experience with creating, managing, or overseeing marketing budgets highly preferred. Prior experience leading a team of 2+ individuals highly preferred.. Demonstrated experience providing strategic recommendations regarding marketing or advertising required. Ability to work in Centrally-located Dallas corporate office at least 80% of the time required.
