The peoplezest team is seeking a VP of Client Services for a multifamily vendor specializing in resident screening services. The role will be responsible for the review & adjustment of all Client Team processes: onboarding, training, service and support, management, advocacy, upsell/cross-sell, takeovers, and offboarding. The VP will lead a team of 4-6 direct reports and establish OKRs and KPIs that effectively gauge the performance of the entire department
Please note that vendor experience is required. This is not a remote opportunity. The role requires hands on leadership and collaboration in the corporate office in North Dallas.
