The peoplezest team is seeking a polished and seasoned Manager to oversee a luxury mid-rise in Houston, near Washington Street. The asset is 375 units, 5 stories and was built in 2019. Successful candidates will have 3+ years of Community Manager experience. Attributes would include strategic thinking, exceptional customer service skills and strong leadership abilities. Experience in managing large, luxury assets is preferred.
