The peoplezest team is seeking a motivated and polished VP to over see a lease-up division for over 10,000 new built-to-rent and apartment homes in the Southwest and Midwest areas.
Requirements include 5-7 years of lease-up experience including a successful track record of managing multiple lease-ups simultaneously, in different geographic markets. Successful candidates will have strategic skills to understand business goals of lease-up strategy and the ability to develop and implement tactical objectives to meet lease-up objectives. Must be able to travel.
